Mr Lauri Aalto has a background in both technical and managerial sides of software development, especially in the Symbian handset environment. His projects have ranged from small high-velocity agile projects to large multi-site programs. Open source contributor. Crypto geek. Aikido practitioner.

Mr Pasi Brännlund has a long career of software design and project management in numerous environments with varying technologies mixing multiple design competence areas from sw/hw, ic, id. Well experienced in running software departments producing both modified off-the-shelf products and pure customer projects. Loves to design tools, computer games and play rock’n'roll.

Mr Üstün Ergenoglu has designed and implemented software on mobile platforms in a varying range from system software to applications. Open source enthusiast, craves for good code and loves heavy metal.

Mr Sven Gregori has developed device drivers, low-level and system software plus firmware for both mobile and stationary devices, ranging over Linux, RTOSs and standalone, including 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers, FPGA systems and soft processors. Nature lover, keen traveller, guitar player and foodie.

Mr Kimmo Hagelberg has his roots in research and product development, having working experience in various roles in software projects. Enthusiastic about user interfaces and usability. A researcher at heart.

Mr Matti Hietajärvi has spent most of his professional career building software for surface inspection systems, designing and implementing embedded signal processing algorithms, factory interfaces and distributed PC software. More recently he has been involved in mobile software projects, creating new networking solutions for embedded linux devices.

Mr Stephane Hulaud has contributed during his career to various projects from large scale to prototype designs. Along his professional experience, he had the opportunity to hold most of the key positions of the software conception process in which he always shows his passion and high reliability. His work includes: European MDA research project, Base-Station module and GMR(1-3G)/3G/2G Satellite-Terrestrial PDA phone.

Mr Juhana Kukkula has worked most of his career with media and entertainment technologies in mobile, desktop and server environments. Projects he has worked on range from agile few week solo-projects to large multi-continent projects. Always aiming for better usability. Enthusiastic alpine skiier and simracer.

Mr Karo Launonen has been designing and developing desktop, server and mobile software, as well as user interfaces on several Linux based platforms. He keeps close eye on Open Source world and Android platform. Loves to do challenging research. Takes photographs and plays drums in his spare time.

Mr Daniel Lehtovirta has worked as a developer, an architect, a project manager, a scrum master and agile coach for a wide variety of projects on many different platforms and environments in his professional career. The work include, tourism focused map/information service, web browser, media handling for mobile/desktop, mobile/desktop/server settings handling service. An avid reader and designer/developer/player of computer games.

Mr Veikko Leppävuori has worked in Symbian environment as long as it has existed. All levels of application development, hands-on designer and coder. Vast amount of prototyping experience, pushing the technology boundaries.

Mr Jouni Miettunen has long experience in several mobile software environments, as developer and manager. Practising Agile, Getting Things Done and Release Early – Release Often methods for practical reasons. Family man, blogger, software author. Loves making mobile apps!

Mr Miikka Pakkanen has extensive development and management experience in international telecom business. He has a strong technology management background in mobile platforms and mobile business environments, having led various successful high-profile projects. He now applies the extensive experience and knowledge in hands-on development, design and consultation tasks.

Mr Ari Ruokamo has a good experience in software engineering duties ranging from development to SW program management. He has pioneered on numerous technologies and platforms in telecommunications and mobile architectures. Always eager to learn and explore new areas. A music and audio dude.

Mr Matti Räty has worked, and is working, as an architect and project manager in challenging projects. In his career he has been involved with several aspects of Symbian environment and has lead projects developed in Symbian, Linux and Java with success. Great customer satisfaction track record.

Mr Alexander Savin has for many years been contributing to Symbian and S60 platform. Different types of projects, including front end / back end, testing design, UI design, usability improvements and code refactoring. Qt, QML and Ruby on Rails are the favorite stuff at the moment. An early-adopter kind of guy. Hobbies include skydiving, moviemaking and stereo photography.

Mr Iain Simpson is an experienced C++ developer with a passion for enhancing the usability of mobile device applications. He has many years of object oriented design and development for Symbian and MeeGo he has worked in several roles such as software developer, architect and technical product owner. Enjoys photography and traveling to scuba dive in warmer waters.

Mr Aleksi Sitomaniemi has strong background from product development side as well as from custom software projects in various desktop/mobile/web platforms. Broad multimedia related experience, ranging from creative production to authoring tool development. A technological humanist.

Mr Lev Stipakov has designed and developed social interactive 3D graphic applications embedded in web page. His expertise includes full cycle developing of enterprise data visualization solutions as well as aviation software.

Mr Marko Taponen has experience on mobile software both terminal and server side. Career consists of successful software development, management and coordination. Hands on approach. Fanatic cyclist.

Mr Aki Vanhatalo has extensive experience in developing large-scale Symbian and Qt C++ software, but prefers to have fun with dynamic languages, such as Lisp, Javascript and Ruby. He also has a background in marketing, and is passionate to deliver excellent usability and end-user happiness through beautiful technical solutions.

Mr Teemu Vaskivuo is a research oriented but practically thinking software architect and engineer. Experience that ranges from theoretical studies to both implementing and managing demanding implementation projects. Touched numerous technologies and platforms. Device drivers, software performance, 3D visualization, databases, classification algorithms, and artificial evolution, just to name a few. At his best in finding novel solutions to difficult problems.
