Miia Ylikontiola has been appointed as the new CEO

Boogie Software Oy and Jukka Parkkinen have mutually agreed to end Jukka’s tenure as CEO as of Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Boogie and its staff thank Jukka for the past two and a half years and wish him all the best in his future endeavors!

Miia Ylikontiola has been appointed as the new CEO starting today. Miia transitions to this new role from her position as Boogie’s Sales Director. She has been with Boogie for nearly six years, giving her extensive experience and understanding of Boogie’s business, as well as familiarity with both the staff and customers.“I am excited and truly honored by this opportunity. Boogie, its employees, and customers are important to me, and I want to do everything I can to ensure things continue to go well,” says Miia Ylikontiola. “We have an amazing team here that can achieve great things not only for our customers but also for this unique community. I believe that in the future, we can achieve even greater things and together we can move Boogie forward.”

Boogie Software Oy continues its commitment to both its customers and employees as it always has. The company’s board, led by Chairman Jari Silaste, believes that under Miia’s and the rest of Boogie’s leadership team’s guidance, the company is well-positioned to meet future challenges and opportunities.

Boogie Software Oy nimittää uuden toimitusjohtajan

Boogie Software Oy ja Jukka Parkkinen ovat yhteisymmärryksessä sopineet Jukan toimitusjohtajakauden päättämisestä keskiviikkoon 7.5.2025.  Boogie henkilöstöineen kiittää Jukkaa menneestä kahdesta ja puolesta vuodesta ja toivottaa kaikkea hyvää jatkoon uusien haasteiden parissa!

Uudeksi toimitusjohtajaksi on nimetty Miia Ylikontiola tästä päivästä alkaen. Miia siirtyy uuteen tehtäväänsä Boogien myyntijohtajan paikalta, ja on tehnyt matkaa Boogien kanssa jo lähes kuuden vuoden ajan. Hänellä on laaja kokemus ja ymmärrys Boogien liiketoiminnasta ja hän tuntee sekä henkilöstön että asiakkaat.

”Olen innoissani ja todella otettu tästä mahdollisuudesta. Boogie, sen työntekijät ja asiakkaat ovat minulle tärkeitä, ja haluan tehdä kaikkeni jotta asiat olisivat jatkossakin hyvin”, Miia Ylikontiola sanoo. “Meillä on tässä mielettömän hieno porukka, jolla saadaan aikaan isoja ja hienoja juttuja paitsi asiakkaillemme, myös tälle ainutlaatuiselle yhteisöllemme. Uskon, että jatkossa voimme saavuttaa entistä suurempia asioita ja yhdessä pystymme viemään Boogieta eteenpäin.”

Boogie Software Oy jatkaa sitoutumistaan niin asiakkaisiinsa, kuin työntekijöihinsäkin samalla tavalla kuin aina aiemminkin. Yrityksen hallitus, puheenjohtaja Jari Silasteen johdolla, uskoo, että Miian ja muun Boogien johtoryhmän johdolla yritys on hyvin asemoitu vastaamaan tulevaisuuden haasteisiin ja mahdollisuuksiin.
