Jukka is an experienced product development and transformation leader. 19 years in Nokia Product Development and 11 years in OP Financial Group service development have given him strong knowhow about functional organization structures, enterprise agile and sustainable growth.

He has been working on several agile frameworks and built large agile organizations. His knowledge covers the whole lifetime of software and cost optimization of different phases. His passion is in the dynamics of an agile organization and getting the best out of people.

Free time is spent around volleyball. Coaching junior players and running a 1st division club takes the
most from the time that is left from work and family.
