Mika is a software professional with over 20 years of experience ranging from development and testing to line management. In recent years both developing and managing automotive software. Mika enjoys working with customers and teams together, defining requirements and solving problems. Long term plan is to move back towards actual development.

In his spare time Mika likes to spend time with family. As a hobby, he reads books (history, scifi…), cooks and travels.
